COATING SOLUTIONS FOR ANY TASK.
What do we use?
OmniPro Coatings uses a high-yielding polyurethane foam that provides endless application possibilities. Benefits of using spray foam insulation versus traditional and outdated fiberglass insulation is more than just a superior heating and cooling product.
Because our foam is sprayed between the cavities of the structure, it penetrates the small cracks and crevices and expands to provide a definitive closure from the outside elements.
Protect your investment
Benefits of Polyurethane:
- Prevents air from entering your interior due to its expansion characteristics (filling those small gaps in the structure) that traditional insulation cannot compete with
- Because of the permanent blockage of the smaller crevices, you can be confident that the pollen and allergens that typically make their way into your home or building will be prevented
- Unlike sprayed cellulose and fiberglass insulation, bugs, insects, and rodents cannot set up their nests in your insulated areas
- Spray foam will not sag or compress overtime, therefore it maintains the same quality and characteristics throughout the years as it did the day it was applied.. unlike styrofoam or fiberglass
- The noise reduction qualities of the open cell foam is an added benefit of the open cells within the foam that minimize the passage of sound.
- Prevents moisture from passing through the walls and roof that has the potential to create mold and mildew. Maintains a healthier air quality
What we use
Types of Foam and Uses
We spray many different ways. Such as, high quality open cell foam on new construction. As well as closed foam insulating and waterproofing storage containers which prevent the sweating and condensation that can ruin your stored goods.
We also combine both open cell and closed foam to both secure structures together and waterproof as well as insulate your structure and allow for cooler summers and warmer winters. This reduces the amount of heat/air needed to maintain your preferred climate.
Closed cell roofing foam can be covered with a UV protective polyurea that reflects UV rays. Rigid roofing foam maintains a waterproof barrier that solidifies your building’s structure. Covering with polyurea creates a permanent topcoat that allows for a maintenance and repair free roof. The closed cell foam and polyurea combination reduces the noise that can be produced in restaurants, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and the like while eliminating the need to have periodic product replacements like traditional tars and films. And, it’s Eco Friendly/Non-VOC Producing
